Payment and delivery
1. What you buy
Digital files: a 3D model built from your drawing (STEP, STL, optionally a FreeCAD model), an assembly model with a BOM, flat-pattern DXF files or a 2D drawing — depending on the service.
2. You see the result before paying
Upload a drawing — we build and check the model. Before payment the order page shows the model video, the model overlaid on your drawing, a dimension check and the exact price. You pay only if the result fits.
3. How payment works
Payment simply unlocks the download buttons on the order page. During the pilot, orders can be placed with a promo code. Card payments for international clients are being connected — until then, write to rodion@rodex.codes and we'll agree on the most convenient way.
4. Revisions
If the model doesn't match your drawing, we fix it for free. The first change at your request is free too.
5. Delivery
Files are available on the order page right after payment and are kept for 180 days.
